ALTERNATIVE HANDICAP
The Stewards of the I.N.H.S. Committee have instructed that, in this race should the top weight declared at close of declarations to Horse Racing Ireland be declared a non runner on the day,
the weights will be adjusted to reflect the position which would have applied had this horse not been declared.
This instruction will only apply where the top weight at close of declarations is more than 7lb clear of the next weighted horse.
Horses which receive a published weight of 9st 9lb or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee. Should they be declared to run they will then become liable for the full amount of the cost to run.
